The Head of Human Resources (HR) will lead and oversee all HR operations for our collections companies. This role is instrumental in shaping and executing people strategies that align with the company's mission and business goals. The HR Head will drive initiatives that foster a positive, high-performance culture, ensure full compliance with labor laws, and champion employee well-being through effective talent management and mental health programs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic HR Leadership

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational goals and strengthen company culture.
  • Lead and mentor the HR team, ensuring alignment with business priorities and objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to drive organizational effectiveness and growth.

2. Talent Acquisition and Retention

  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process to attract, select, and retain top talent within the collections industry.
  • Design retention strategies and engagement initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and reduce attrition.

3. Employee Development and Performance Management

  • Develop and implement training and development programs that build skills, enhance productivity, and support career growth.
  • Manage performance management systems that recognize achievements and address areas for improvement.

4. Compliance and Policy Management

  • Ensure compliance with all local labor laws, government regulations, and company standards.
  • Review, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures, including those related to mental health and employee well-being.

5. Mental Health and Well-being Initiatives

  • Lead workplace mental health and wellness initiatives that promote awareness, accessibility, and support.
  • Partner with management to develop resources and accommodations that foster a psychologically safe work environment.

6. Employee Relations

  • Maintain a positive and inclusive work environment by addressing employee concerns promptly and fairly.
  • Facilitate open communication across teams and promote a culture of trust, respect, and collaboration.

7. HR Analytics and Reporting

  • Utilize HR metrics and analytics to guide decision-making and measure program effectiveness.
  • Prepare and present regular HR reports and insights to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience as an HR leader, preferably in the collections or financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws, regulatory requirements, and HR best practices.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and execute HR strategies that drive business success.
  • Experience in developing and implementing mental health and wellness programs is an advantage.
