Client & Vendor Relations

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, carriers, customs brokers, and vendors
  • Negotiate contracts and service level agreements to ensure quality and profitability

Financial Oversight

  • Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics
  • Monitor KPIs such as on-time delivery, cost savings, and customer satisfaction

Risk & Compliance

  • Mitigate risks related to cargo handling, documentation, and international regulations
