Job Summary

The Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing business processes, market trends, and operational performance to support strategic decision-making across Limketkai Sons, Inc. This role bridges the gap between data and actionable insights by preparing business reports, conducting feasibility studies, and recommending process improvements. The Business Analyst works closely with various departments to ensure that corporate goals and objectives are supported by accurate and timely business intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Analysis & Planning

  • Analyze operational data, sales performance, market conditions, and customer trends to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Support strategic planning by providing forecasts, business models, and scenario analysis.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and recommend solutions.

2. Reporting & Data Management

  • Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for management, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends.
  • Maintain accurate and updated records of business metrics using company systems.
  • Develop dashboards, charts, and visual presentations for decision-making.

3. Process Improvement & Optimization

  • Evaluate current processes and recommend efficiency improvements.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and reduce costs.
  • Identify and document best practices for replication across the company.

4. Market Research & Competitive Analysis

  • Conduct industry research and competitor benchmarking.
  • Prepare feasibility studies for new projects, investments, or product/service launches.
  • Monitor economic, legal, and regulatory developments that may impact the company.

5. Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Serve as a liaison between business units, IT, and management for data and systems-related projects.
  • Coordinate with finance, operations, and marketing teams for comprehensive business evaluations.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Experience: At least 2–3 years of experience in business analysis, corporate planning, or market research (experience in retail, real estate, or mall operations is an advantage).
  • Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
  • Knowledge of financial modeling and feasibility analysis
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
