  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business plan.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent.
  • Oversee employee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding procedures.
  • Supervising all HR activities, communication, reports, requests, and documents created and received by the team.
  • Developing and monitoring overall HR strategies, systems, and procedures across the organization.
  • Keeping up to date with regard to compensation standards set by the governing bodies in order to create salary structures and the administration of employee benefits.
  • Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource policies and requirements, conducting investigations, maintaining records, and representing the organization at hearings.
  • Maintain HR records and prepare reports as needed.
  • Implement performance management processes and monitor employee evaluations.
  • Lead and support disciplinary and grievance procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • Must have experience in F&B industry
  • Must have atleast 3 years experience as HR Manager
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and employee relations.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Willing to work on-site and Full-time at Malate Manila

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php45, Php55,000.00 per month
