Job Summary:

The Account Officer is responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting the company's sales and financial objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain relationships with assigned clients/accounts.
  • Handle client inquiries, requests, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support the sales and business development team in client acquisition and retention.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (finance, operations, customer service) to address client needs.
  • Provide after-sales support and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or any related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience as an Account Officer, Account Executive, or in a similar role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
