About the role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Accounting Officer to join our team at Chunnel and Channel Realty Marketing and Development Corporation in Cavite.

This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with accounting standards for our Cavite operations.

What you'll be doing

  1. Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger entries
  2. Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts on a regular basis
  3. Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  4. Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, policies, and procedures
  5. Provide support to the finance team and collaborate with other departments as needed
  6. Identify and recommend improvements to financial processes and controls

What we're looking for

  1. Degree in Accounting or a related field
  2. At least 3 years of experience in a similar accounting role, preferably in the real estate industry
  3. Proficient in the use of accounting software and Microsoft Office suite
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  5. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  6. Good communication and interpersonal skills
  7. Ability to work well in a team and under pressure
