About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Support professional to join our team The role involves promoting our product portfolio, managing accounts, and ensuring smooth coordination between clients and internal teams. You will play a vital role in maintaining strong business relationships and supporting the sales operations through clerical, logistical, and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Report to the Area Sales Manager and National Sales Manager.
  • Promote the company's product portfolio and manage customer accounts.
  • Secure account receivables and ensure timely collections.
  • Build and maintain good business relationships, especially with key clients.
  • Handle clerical and administrative tasks such as remittance, approvals, expense reports, itineraries, and bookings.
  • Assist in deliveries and handle pickup of documents such as purchase orders, contracts, and other files.
  • Prepare bidding requirements and carry out special instructions from management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any Business or Medical-related course.
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Sales Support.
  • Proven experience in sales, particularly in diagnostic products (reagents, consumables, and equipment).
  • Must be driven, confident, outgoing, structured, relational, focused, and charismatic.
  • Well-mannered, willing to learn, and eager to grow within the company.
  • Computer literate and proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Willing to travel nationwide and adapt to changing environments.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in preparing bid documentation, especially for government accounts.
