Key Job Responsibilities

  1. Data Entry & Record Maintenance

  2. Collect and analyze employee timesheets for accuracy.

  3. Enter/update payroll data (hours worked, overtime, leaves, deductions) into systems.
  4. Maintain records of annual and sick leaves, payroll journals, ledgers, and timecard sheets.

  5. Payroll Processing

  6. Calculate salaries, overtime, tax deductions, benefits, garnishments, or other adjustments.
