  • Greet clients warmly as they enter the salon.
  • Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors regularly to maintain a clean and sanitary environment.
  • In-charge in washing the plates, teacups, glasses and maintaining the sink area clean regularly.
  • Regularly clean floors, mirrors, and all common areas in the salon to ensure the space is welcoming and tidy at all times.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of workstations, washing areas, and equipment used for washing and rinsing hair.
  • Sanitize shampoo bowls, chairs, and all other equipment after each use to ensure a hygienic environment.
  • Collect, wash, fold, and restock towels, bathrobes, and salon linens used by stylists and clients.
  • Ensure all linens are fresh and in good condition, and organize them for easy access by staff.
  • Empty trash bins and replace liners regularly in the salon, ensuring waste is disposed of in an appropriate manner.
  • Manage and dispose of salon waste, including used hair products, gloves, and other salon-related materials.
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards (e.g., broken equipment, lighting, plumbing issues) to the appropriate personnel.
  • Notify the manager of low inventory of salon items such as toiletries, drinking water, disinfectants, cleaning supplies and assist in restocking supplies when needed.
  • Ensure that all equipment, such as blow dryers, straighteners, and chairs, are cleaned and functioning properly.
  • Assist stylists by performing hair washing services for clients before or after haircuts, color treatments, or other salon services.
  • Ensure clients are comfortable during the washing process by adjusting water temperature, offering them a headrest or towel, and maintaining a relaxing atmosphere.
  • Provide a high level of customer service by ensuring that clients have a pleasant and enjoyable salon experience from start to finish.
  • Offer back massages to clients, ensuring a relaxing and comfortable experience for the client.
  • Help maintain the overall appearance of the salon, ensuring it is tidy and organized for both clients and staff.
  • Perform other tasks assigned.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
