Sales Team Leader

· Develop and implement effective sales strategies and processes.

· Maintain strong relationships with key customers and address escalations.

· Provide coaching and support to help team members improve performance.

· Address disciplinary issues and provide corrective action when necessary.

· Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback.

I. WORK SCHEDULE / SALARY DETAILS / ADDITIONAL OFFERS AND BENEFITS

· Salary: above minimum

· With allowance, life insurance

· Mandatory benefits + OT PAY

· Working Schedule: 6 days per week

· Working Time 7am-4pm

II. JOB QUALIFICATIONS

· College Graduate any course / Accepts HS Graduate as long as with relevant work experience

· Preferably with at least 1 year experience as Team Leader handling Sales Agents or equivalent

· With analytical and problem solving skills

· Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
