Sanitation Team Leader is responsible to provide support in the supervision of departmental staff, managing departmental activities pertaining to Sanitation and Pest Control; Also, organization of all work areas and facilities to ensure food safety and quality.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

OPERATIONS

  • Assists in the planning and coordinating work assignment of sanitation staff to meet the cleaning and sanitation requirements of the Central Bakeshop to ensure food safety and quality objectives.
  • Assists the department during team meetings, in cascading information, addressing concerns and hearing employee suggestions.
  • Adherence with Departmental KPIs
  • Supervises the administration of cost control initiatives for minimizing water and chemical usage to meet the established budget plan and ensure efficient, accurate, safe cleaning and sanitizing results.
  • Prepares and accomplishes daily monitoring forms of the department.
  • Act as officer on duty in the absence of Asst Sanitation Supervisor.
  • Prepares reprimand memorandums, a separate record of staff attendance, investigates complaints against subordinates and maintains these logs to aid in the performance evaluation and timely discipline of erring staff.
  • Performs and assumes job related duties that may be assigned by the immediate supervisor from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS GUIDE

  • Licenses or Certification: None.
  • Education or Training: At least High School/Trade/ Vocational School graduate.
  • Skills & Experience: With at least 1 year of housekeeping and janitorial experience in a food processing environment preferred. With Prior experience in a team lead/supervisory role preferred.
  • An equivalent combination of training and experience indicating possession of the succeeding knowledge and abilities may substitute for the education and experience requisites.
  • Willing to report onsite at Merville, Paranaque City.
