  • With 1–2 years of relevant experience in sales, operations, or property/hotel management.
  • Strong background in customer service, client relations, and business operations.
  • Proficient in sales strategies, marketing initiatives, and basic reporting or performance tracking.
  • Highly organized, results-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Willing to be assigned to Antipolo, Rizal.

Job Description:

  • Develop and implement revenue strategies to drive profitability and identify new market opportunities.
  • Lead sales and marketing initiatives, including digital campaigns and promotions to boost customer engagement and brand visibility.
  • Manage daily operations to ensure efficient service delivery and high guest satisfaction.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Oversee all aspects of property operations, including quality control, guest experience, and compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Supervise administrative and maintenance staff, promoting a collaborative and performance-driven work environment.
  • Monitor financial transactions, budgeting, petty cash, collections, and prepare daily reports and KPIs.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance, manage permits, and maintain supplier partnerships for smooth procurement.
  • Coordinate facility maintenance, ensure service readiness, and support customized experiences for VIPs and high-profile clients.
  • Create and update SOPs to optimize workflow, productivity, and cost-efficiency.

Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
