  • Designs and executes an integrated approach to Company Culture and Engagement across the Enterprise, to support Manila Water's thrust on transformation and global expansion.  Exercises functional oversight on Strategic Business Units' Culture and Engagement plans and programs.
  • Promotes a standard approach for all change  management and stakeholder interventions, promoting the "One Manila Water' spirit, regardless of business model or geographical location.
  • Reinforces the company's Employee Value Proposition through an executable Engagement Framework anchored on company values and rolled-out across the various groups, through strong coordination with strategic business unit (SBU) partners.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a Bachelor's degree holder in any 4-year HR-related course
  • Minimum of 5 years of combined HR experience in the areas of Organization Development, Change Management, Employee Engagement, and Communications
  • Experience in the development and implementation of Talent Strategies aligned to meeting the business needs
  • Demonstrated competencies in relationship management, communication, systems-thinking, project management, and change management
  • Strong knowledge of HR and current industry trends
  • Highly proficient in the use of Ms Word, Ms Excel, and PowerPoint, Canva and similar applications
  • Candidates must be amenable to report on site at Rockwell, Makati and occasionally in Balara, Quezon City on as-needed basis.
