About the role

Join the dynamic team at CREST Forwarder, Inc. as a Customer Service (CS) Staff. In this full-time position based in Cebu City, Cebu, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer support and ensuring the seamless delivery of freight and cargo services. Your excellent communication skills and passion for logistics will be invaluable as you liaise with clients and work closely with the operations team.

What you'll be doing

  1. Respond to customer inquiries and requests promptly and efficiently, providing solutions and updates
  2. Process and track shipments, liaising with internal teams and external partners to ensure on-time delivery
  3. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to customer accounts and shipments
  4. Assist with the resolution of customer complaints and issues in a professional and empathetic manner
  5. Collaborate with the operations team to coordinate the movement of freight and cargo
  6. Provide administrative support as needed, including data entry and report generation

  1. Previous experience in a customer service or logistics role, preferably within the freight/cargo forwarding industry
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues

  4. Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
  5. Positive attitude, flexibility, and a willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment
