Role detailsRole: Marketing Virtual Assistant
Work Arrangement: Work From Office
Location: Pampanga/Makati/Ortigas/Cebu/Davao
Schedule: Morning Shift
Responsibilities- Edit and enhance video content for webinars, YouTube series, and case studies.
- Manage calendars and schedules for webinars and case study recordings.
- Coordinate webinar logistics, including run-down creation, scheduling, and ensuring alignment with overall marketing promotions.
- Webinars coordination (run-down, schedule, promo alignment with rest of marketing).
- Assist with external projects: Partnerships, US campaigns, training/ support activities.
- Familiarity with calendar management tools (e.g., Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook).
- Basic graphic design skills (using tools like Canva, Google Slides, etc.)
- Previous experience in virtual assistant roles or similar positions is a plus.
- Experience with WordPress and HubSpot is desirable
- Strong proficiency in writing, copyediting, and desirably SEO (not mandatory).
- Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Canva).
