Job Summary:
The Human Resources Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the HR department, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws. This role supervises HR staff, supports talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training, and benefits administration. The HR Supervisor plays a key role in fostering a positive work environment and supporting organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and guide personnel in day-to-day operations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Support employee relations by addressing complaints, conducting investigations, and resolving workplace conflicts.
- Monitor and support performance appraisal and feedback systems.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
- Administering compensation, benefits, and leave programs.
- Coordinate employee training and development programs.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Prepare HR reports and metrics for management review.
- Act as a liaison between employees and management to improve work relationships and increase productivity and retention.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in HR, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven leadership and conflict resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office

Pay: Php20, Php22,000.00 per month
