Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Staffing

  • Assist in planning and executing recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Oversee job postings, resume screening, interviews, and selection processes.
  • Ensure timely onboarding and orientation of new employees.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution.
  • Promote a healthy and inclusive workplace environment.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and activities.

3. Performance Management

  • Assist in implementing performance evaluation systems.
  • Guide supervisors and managers in performance coaching and feedback.
  • Monitor probationary evaluations and provide recommendations.

4. Training & Development

  • Identify training needs and help organize learning and development programs.
  • Track employee participation and evaluate training effectiveness.

5. HR Policies & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and government regulations.
  • Assist in policy development, review, and communication.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.

6. HR Administration

  • Oversee timekeeping, attendance, and payroll coordination.
  • Monitor employee benefits, leave credits, and HMO/insurance enrollments.
