Job Description

  • Team Management and Leadership Leading warehouse team, daily reporting of each member Setting productivity targets and output per day Maintaining a safe work environment by implementing safety protocols and training.

  • Inventory Management Overseeing inventory levels, stock accuracy, and quality control. Implementing systems to track stock and ensure accurate inventory reports. Ensuring products are stored correctly to avoid damage or spoilage.

  • Warehouse Operations Managing the receiving, storage, and dispatching of goods. Optimizing layout and space utilization to improve workflow. Coordinating with the procurement and logistics teams to streamline processes.
  • Coordination with Other Departments Working closely with the procurement, sales, and logistics departments to align inventory with demand. Coordinating with the finance team for budget planning and cost management. Maintaining communication with Project Sites and Engineers regarding stock availability and delivery schedules.
