The Warehouse Operations Associate (Tech and Planning Support) assists in consolidating and generating daily operational reports, manpower planning, and data for client reporting. The role supports Warehouse Supervisors/Managers in data monitoring and planning while also participating in hands-on warehouse activities such as picking, packing, QC, scanning, and assigning picks as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Consolidate reports on current volume, pending orders, and completion percentages.
  • Assist in generating operational reports for internal management and client submission.
  • Propose manpower requirements based on forecasted and historical volumes.
  • Perform warehouse tasks (picking, packing, QC, scanning, assigning picks) when reporting and planning tasks are complete.
  • Support supervisors in monitoring daily throughput and work allocation.
  • Work closely with Warehouse Supervisors/Managers in aligning staffing recommendations with operational requirements.
  • Follow warehouse policies, procedures, and safety standards at all times.

Qualifications

  • Vocational or Graduate of 4 year related course is a plus; Preferably Business Management, Industrial Engineering graduate
  • Fresh graduates or with up to 1 year of related experience.
  • Proficient in MS Excel/Google Sheets and basic data analysis.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable to both reporting and operational tasks.
  • Strong willingness to support both technical reporting and hands-on warehouse operations.
