We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in end-to-end recruitment who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about connecting top talent with the right opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements
  • Develop and post job advertisements across various platforms
  • Conduct initial candidate assessments and schedule interviews
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts
  • Provide regular updates and reports on hiring progress and metrics

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in end-to-end recruitment (preferably in a fast-paced or BPO environment)
  • Strong command of English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize effectively
  • Professional, approachable, and results-driven attitude
  • Willingness to work onsite and start ASAP

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php22,000.00 per month
