About the Role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll play a critical role in shaping our team by identifying and hiring the best talent. This is an opportunity for end-to-end recruitment efforts, build strong talent pipelines, and develop innovative hiring strategies tailored to our niche industry.

What You'll Do

End-to-End Recruitment – Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles, ensuring the best fit for our growing team.

Strategic Talent Acquisition – Work closely with hiring managers to align recruitment strategies with workforce planning needs.

Niche Hiring Expertise – Identify, attract, and secure top talent for finance and accounting consulting roles.

Employer Branding – Strengthen our employer brand by producing digital materials and engaging with potential candidates.

Onboarding Excellence – Co-design and implement onboarding programs that create a seamless transition for new hires.

Data-Driven Recruitment – Track key hiring metrics and provide insights to optimize the recruitment process.

What You'll Bring

  • 4+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience in a corporate setting.
  • Proven ability to hire niche roles in finance, accounting, or consulting.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience in collaborating with hiring managers.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics.
  • Familiarity with job platforms, sourcing tools, and recruitment technologies.
  • Experience in employer branding initiatives is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php40,000.00 per month
