Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will manage end-to-end recruitment activities, from sourcing top talent and coordinating with stakeholders to executing job offers and onboarding. You'll also drive sourcing strategies, manage recruitment metrics, and deliver outstanding candidate and client experiences.

Job Overview

Employment type: Full-time

Shift: Fixed Mid Shift (3 PM - 12 MN); Morning shift during first month of training

Work setup: Hybrid, Ortigas

The Qualifications We Seek

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Psychology, or equivalent.

Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition.

Skills and Knowledge

  • Proficient in MS Suite with experience in database management.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment workflows and applicant tracking systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
  • High emotional intelligence and strong work ethic.
  • Attention to detail, proactive recruitment strategies, and critical thinking.
  • Strong business acumen and desire to interact with diverse talent.

Your Daily Tasks

Recruitment and Expertise

  • Conduct end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing to job offer.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure client requirements are delivered.
  • Attend recruitment calibration calls and utilize recruitment tools for sourcing.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline across multiple practice areas.
  • Screen, interview, and endorse candidates; prepare assessments and documents.
  • Facilitate client interviews and provide follow-ups on candidate status.
  • Prepare offers, contracts, and support onboarding activities as needed.
  • Submit recruitment reports and conduct market research for strategic sourcing.
  • Provide excellent client and candidate service while promoting brand awareness.
  • Maintain applicant records in ATS and generate recruitment metric reports.
  • Manage filing systems for resumes and applications.

Sourcing Strategies

  • Document and share research methods with the team.
  • Train recruiters on new internet sourcing platforms and communities.
  • Develop diverse candidate pipelines using networking and database mining.
  • Manage referral sources and leverage technical tools for talent attraction.

Effective Communication

  • Practice clear, timely, and accurate communication with all stakeholders.
  • Ensure consistent and effective correspondence through multiple channels.

Other Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative or non-administrative tasks as assigned.
