About Us:Top Juan Franchising Inc. is a fast-growing food and beverage franchising company behind well-loved Filipino brands in milk tea and burgers, namely Juan Café, still expanding nationwide through franchise partnerships and new store developments.

The Role:As our Franchise Development Manager, you will lead our franchise growth strategy — from attracting qualified franchisees, closing deals, and ensuring long-term franchisee success. You'll directly contribute to the nationwide expansion of our brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end franchise recruitment process (inquiries, presentations, evaluation, closing)
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase franchise leads and conversions
  • Build strong relationships with franchise partners and investors
  • Conduct market research to identify high-potential areas for expansion
  • Collaborate with marketing for campaigns and events that drive franchise growth
  • Oversee franchise documentation, agreements, and onboarding
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance and expansion pipeline

Qualifications:

~Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

~3–5 years of experience in franchising, business development, or sales management (F&B preferred)

~Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

~Strategic thinker with a track record in achieving sales targets

~Can work independently and lead cross-functional initiatives
