The company began in 2017 with one branch and has since grown to a retail network of over 200+ branches across the Philippines, Sri Lanka, Ireland and Egypt across multiple retails brands - namely Island Tea Co., Ceylon Coffee Club & Belly Mucho.

Renowned for its use of 100% pure Ceylon teas exclusively grown in Sri Lanka, Island Tea Co. offers a unique menu of signature blends without artificial flavoring powders or syrups. The brand prioritizes quality through adherence to international food safety standards, including ISO 22000 and HACCP.

With its operations managed by entities in Sri Lanka and the Philippines, Island Tea Co. has seen rapid growth overs the last 8 years.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales / Business Development Manager located in Metro Cebu. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and cultivating business opportunities through franchising, establishing and maintaining key partnerships for retail expansion, developing and executing growth strategies, and analyzing market trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in sales and strategic partnerships development
  • Experience in business strategy, planning, and market analysis
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Proven leadership and management abilities
  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Relevant experience in franchise operations is an advantage
  • Willing to travel extensively within Philippines in Luzon, Visayas & Mindanao
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
