We are looking for an experienced FRANCHISE ASSOCIATE to be assigned at our Head Office in Sta. Ana, Manila.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support for franchising and business development initiatives.
• Monitor and assess the effectiveness of franchising campaigns.
• Track and analyze franchising and business development data, creating detailed reports and presentations for senior management.
• Collaborate with the executive team to define and refine franchising strategies for the brands.
• Gather and analyze market data to identify new opportunities for customer acquisition, site locations, and franchise expansion.
• Ensure franchisees adhere to brand standards, procedures, promotional guidelines, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.

• With 1-3 years related experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in franchise support or business operations.

• Familiarity with franchise operations, business development strategies, and franchise agreements.

• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with franchisees and clients.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Enthusiasm for franchising and eagerness to learn and grow in the industry.
