DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for maintaining, updating, and monitoring employee work schedules and daily time records.
  • Maintain time sheets and accurately inputting time and attendance data into the computer.
  • Verify attendance, hours worked and pay adjustments while tracking overtime hours and approving compensatory time earned.
  • Responsible for keeping track of leave time such as vacation or sick leaves for employees on site.
  • Ensure time sheets are submitted and received by employees on time to issue accurate payroll adjustments.
  • Handles day to day concerns of workers on site and attends toolbox every day.
  • Assist in recruitment related activities on site such as trade test and documentation.
  • Create and submit reports as needed on site or in Head Office.
  • Will follow additional tasks to be assigned anytime by Direct Supervisors/Managers.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree or equivalent.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Must be stay in with free staff house and utilities.
  • Willing to be assigned at Clark Pampanga

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php22,000.00 per month
