About the role
Join the dynamic team at Top1Movers Worldwide Inc. as a Customer Service Representative (CSR). In this exciting full-time role based in Paranaque City Metro Manila, you will be the face of our renowned moving and relocation services, providing exceptional customer support to clients who are embarking on new adventures around the world. With a passion for travel and a commitment to delivering outstanding service, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless experience for our valued customers.
What you'll be doing
- Handle a high volume of inbound calls from customers, providing information, addressing inquiries, and resolving any issues or concerns they may have
- Demonstrate expert product knowledge to advise customers on our moving and relocation services, tailoring solutions to their unique needs
- Process customer orders, bookings, and payments in a timely and accurate manner
- Maintain meticulous records and documentation to ensure efficient tracking and follow-up
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate logistics and ensure a smooth customer experience
- Actively seek opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell additional services to enhance customer satisfaction
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures
What we're looking for
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably within the travel, relocation, or logistics industry but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide empathetic, solution-oriented support
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a keen eye for detail
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Fluency in English and the local language, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds
- A passion for travel and a genuine interest in the moving and relocation industry
- Adaptability and a willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
