Job Description

We are looking for a Travel Associate / Chat Support who will assist clients with their travel inquiries, quotations, and bookings through Facebook, Instagram, email, and WhatsApp.

This role is ideal for someone who loves travel, enjoys helping people, and communicates well through chat.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via chat and email
  • Prepare quotations and assist in booking tours, hotels, and flights
  • Coordinate with the Managing Director and Admins for follow-ups and payments
  • Maintain client records and booking trackers
  • Provide after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction
  • Post and update travel promotions across company platforms and pages

Qualifications

  • Excellent written English and conversational Tagalog
  • Experience in chat support, customer service, or travel industry (preferred but not required)
  • Computer literate; familiar with Facebook Pages, Instagram, WhatsApp, and Gmail
  • Organized, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Must be responsive and available during assigned hours
  • Students, undergraduates, or fresh graduates of Tourism, Hospitality Management, or HRM are highly encouraged to apply
  • Passion for travel and learning about Japan is a plus

Work Setup & Schedule

  • On-site (Paranaque Office)
  • Flexible schedule (with possible weekend rotation)
