About the role

As a CSR - Day Shift (Australian Account) at YWA HUMAN RESOURCE CORPORATION', you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in Australia. This is a full-time virtual role based in Paranaque City, Metro Manila. You will be the voice of our brand, ensuring our customers receive the support they need and have a positive experience with our company.

What you'll be doing

  1. Answering inbound calls from Australian customers and addressing their inquiries and concerns
  2. Providing detailed information about our products and services
  3. Identifying customer needs and offering tailored solutions
  4. Resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  5. Maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions
  6. Collaborating with the team to identify areas for improvement and enhance customer satisfaction

What we're looking for

  1. At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably serving Australian clients
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  3. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  4. Proficiency in using customer service software and systems
  5. Flexibility to work during the day shift to accommodate the Australian time zone
  6. Fluency in English, both written and verbal
  7. Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a positive brand experience
