Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Consultant. The role is based in Parañaque, Philippines. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for managing travel arrangements, booking flights and accommodations, addressing client inquiries, and providing tailored travel solutions to meet client needs. Other responsibilities include ensuring compliance with company policies, maintaining travel documentation, and staying updated with travel regulations and trends to provide accurate recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in booking travel arrangements, including flights and accommodations, and managing travel-related documentation.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills to address client inquiries and provide tailored travel solutions.
  • Familiarity with travel regulations, industry trends, and policies, as well as the ability to ensure compliance with organizational standards.
  • Proficiency in managing travel cost optimization and ensuring efficient travel processes.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and travel booking systems; experience in travel consulting is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Travel Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Flexibility to work on-site in Parañaque, Philippines, as part of a collaborative team environment.
