About the role

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? We are looking for a friendly and professional Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our dynamic team at Kings Manpower Cooperative in Paranaque City, Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing high-quality support and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

What you'll be doing

  1. Respond to incoming customer enquiries and requests via phone, email, and other communication channels
  2. Assist customers with a wide range of products and services, troubleshooting issues and providing solutions
  3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up actions
  4. Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures

What we're looking for

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour
  2. Demonstrated experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the call centre and customer service industry
  3. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively handle a variety of customer inquiries
  4. Willingness to work in shifts for Australian clients
  5. Work location: Paranaque City
  6. Work Schedule: 5 days a week, 2 rest days per week, dayshift
