About the role

YWA HUMAN RESOURCE CORPORATION' is seeking a passionate and customer-focused No Final Interview CSR (Virtual Application Process) to join our dynamic team. This full-time role will be based in Paranaque City, Metro Manila and will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional customer service to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

  • Answering inbound customer calls with empathy, professionalism and a commitment to resolving queries in a timely manner
  • Assisting customers with a range of inquiries, including order processing, product information, and general support
  • Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records to ensure effective case management
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues
  • Actively seeking opportunities to enhance the customer experience and provide suggestions for process improvements
  • Adhering to company policies, procedures and service level agreements to deliver consistent, high-quality support

What we're looking for

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate challenging customer interactions with empathy and patience
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to quickly identify and resolve customer concerns
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other relevant software
  • A positive, proactive attitude and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing customer needs
  • Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role is highly desirable
