Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a BIM Lead – MEP, located in Metro Manila. The BIM Lead will oversee and manage the production of Building Information Modeling (BIM) for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems. Responsibilities include leading a BIM team, coordinating multidisciplinary project models, ensuring compliance with client specifications, managing clash detection processes, maintaining BIM standards and protocols, and providing technical guidance and training to team members.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in BIM tools such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and related software
  • Strong understanding of MEP systems including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering
  • Technical skills in clash detection, model coordination, and BIM standards application
  • Excellent project management, leadership, and team coordination capabilities
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of green building certifications and sustainability practices is an advantage
  • A bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is required
  • Relevant professional certifications in BIM or MEP design are a plus
  • Previous experience in a similar role managing large-scale construction or engineering projects
