Role Description

This is a full-time "on-site" role located in Metro Manila for a Mechanical BIM Modeler. The Mechanical BIM Modeler will be responsible for creating and managing Building Information Models (BIM) for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems. Daily tasks include developing construction drawings, collaborating with architects and engineers, and ensuring that BIM models adhere to project specifications and standards.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and model management
  • Experience with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems
  • Skilled in creating and interpreting construction drawings
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Relevant experience in the construction industry is a plus
  • Educational background in Mechanical Engineering, Building Technology, or related fields
