Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a MEPF BIM Modeler, located in Metro Manila. The MEPF BIM Modeler will be responsible for creating and managing detailed Building Information Models (BIM) for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in construction projects. Day-to-day tasks include developing and coordinating construction drawings, collaborating with architects and engineers, and ensuring model accuracy and consistency. The role requires close coordination with project teams to optimize design efficiency and compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and creating accurate construction models
  • Experience with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems
  • Ability to develop and interpret construction drawings
  • Background in Architecture or relevant field
  • Experience in using modeler tools and software like Revit
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
  • Relevant degree or certification in architecture, engineering, or related discipline
