About the role

Megaworld Corporation is seeking a highly skilled BIM Supervisor to join our dynamic team. As a BIM Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of Building Information Modelling (BIM) processes and technologies within our Design Review department. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

  1. Collaborate with designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate BIM data into the design process
  2. Monitor BIM Team productivity in line with Project BEP
  3. Provide training and support to team members on the use of BIM software and tools
  4. Collaborate with designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate BIM data into the design process
  5. Oversee quality of models and ensure compliance with client and project requirements
  6. Maintain BIM related documentation including protocols and standards
  7. Facilitate clash detection and manage resolution within BIM Models
  8. Facilitate and participate in coordination meetings between project team

What we're looking for

  1. Relevant degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field
  2. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a BIM Supervisor role, preferably in the Architecture industry
  3. Proficient in the use of BIM software, such as Autodesk Revit, and experience in managing BIM data and models
  4. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
  5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams
  6. Proven track record of implementing and managing BIM processes and workflows
  7. Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to BIM
