Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a BIM Manager located in Metro Manila. The BIM Manager will be responsible for overseeing Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes, ensuring seamless coordination between project teams, and implementing best practices in virtual design. Responsibilities include managing models, ensuring data accuracy and integration, and collaborating with architecture, MEP (Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing), and other interdisciplinary teams to ensure project goals are met efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM), with experience managing models and workflows.
  • Skills in BIM Coordination and Virtual Design to bridge collaboration among project teams.
  • Background in Architecture with knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team management skills.
  • Understanding of the construction lifecycle and familiarity with industry standards.
  • Experience in large-scale or multidisciplinary projects is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
