Job description

  • Proficiency in BIM software, particularly Autodesk Revit & AutoCAD
  • Strong understanding of architectural, structural, and MEP systems
  • Ability to interpret construction drawings and technical documents
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities
  • Familiarity with BIM standards, workflows, and clash detection techniques
  • Interpret architectural and engineering drawings to create integrated building system models
  • Perform clash detection and resolve spatial conflicts across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction professionals to ensure model accuracy and constructability
  • Maintain consistent documentation practices, version control, and file organization standards
  • Assist in implementing BIM execution plans and company-wide modeling protocols
  • Update models based on design revisions, field data, and redline markups

Basic Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in BIM software, particularly Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
  • Strong understanding of architectural, structural, and MEP systems
  • Ability to interpret construction drawings and technical documents
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities
  • Familiarity with BIM standards, workflows, and clash detection technique.
  • Willing to work with both Filipinos and expats
  • Able to work in a professional environment that follows international standards.
