Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 1-3 years in social media management, content creation, digital marketing, or related fields.
  • Knowledge of recruitment services, HR services, or B2B is a plus.
  • Familiarity with employer branding or talent marketing is an advantage.
  • Proficient in social media channels and tools like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok (posting, analytics, engagement); Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or social scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.)
  • Knowledge of paid social media ads (boosted posts, sponsored campaigns)
  • Familiar with AI tools and analytics (Google Analytics, social media insights).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and brand management tools (e.g., Adobe, Canva).
  • Strong writing skills for captions, job ads, and branding content
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and able to meet deadlines.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in social media campaigns specifically for talent acquisition
  • Ability to generate candidate and client leads from increased engagement is preferred.
