About the Role

We're looking for a creative, data-driven Marketing Specialist to lead our social media efforts across Facebook and Instagram. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong copywriting instincts with analytical insight—and who can independently produce engaging, high-quality content using AI tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, publish, and schedule posts on Facebook and Instagram.
  • Write short, sales-oriented headlines and captions that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity across all platforms.
  • Use AI tools (text, image, and video generators) to independently create promotional media, reels, and graphics.
  • Stay updated on AI trends and tools that can enhance content creation efficiency.
  • Track post performance and audience engagement using analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics).
  • Generate reports and actionable insights to improve future campaigns.
  • Assist with ad copy, creative development, and A/B testing for paid social media campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align social media strategy with ongoing promotions and business goals.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in social media marketing or digital content creation.
  • Proven ability to craft attention-grabbing, persuasive copy for social platforms.
  • Proficiency in Facebook and Instagram publishing tools and analytics dashboards.
  • Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, Canva AI, or similar) for media creation.
  • Strong sense of initiative and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Basic video editing and graphic design skills.
  • Experience in travel, hospitality, or consumer marketing.
  • Familiarity with paid ad management and remarketing.

Job Type: Full-time
