Balance science and art: run a data‑informed operation while personally recruiting on priority roles, building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers, and raising the bar on quality and speed.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead by example: personally drive select priority searches while coaching and enabling the team.
- Build healthy pipelines via data‑driven tactics (dashboards, funnel hygiene) and relationship‑driven tactics (calibration, storytelling, market feedback).
- Run structured intake, interview kits, and scorecards; keep ATS clean and reporting clear without letting process slow momentum.
- Develop recruiters and sourcers: targets, coaching, call reviews, and shared playbooks.
- Continuously improve: test outreach, channels, and workflows; double‑down on what works and retire what doesn't.

- You and the team consistently find candidates who earn interviews and offers for our clients.
- Funnel health and reporting are clear, accurate, and useful for decisions.
- Key metrics trend in the right direction over time (e.g., time‑to‑fill, time‑in‑stage, source effectiveness, offer acceptance), and you can explain what's driving the change.
- Hiring managers trust your judgment; candidates feel respected; the team levels up under your leadership.
Qualifications
- 5–8+ years in recruiting with 2–3+ years leading or mentoring others (agency/RPO or embedded); experience across PH and U.S. markets.
- Able to blend art and science: excellent stakeholder and candidate rapport, with the rigor to keep process and data tight.
- Proven at running structured interviews/scorecards, maintaining ATS hygiene, and communicating status crisply to clients and leadership.
- Strong sourcing toolkit (LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean/X‑ray, referrals, talent pools); strong written and verbal communication.
Location and Travel
- Based in the Philippines, remote. Travels in‑country to meet colleagues up to 2 times per year.
Compensation
- Performance bonus potential tied to throughput, quality, client satisfaction, and forecast accuracy.
