Job Description

As a Digital Account Executive, you will support Account Partners in delivering exceptional client service. From processing bookings and managing campaign performance to facilitating creatives and assisting with sales collateral, you'll ensure client commitments are delivered at the highest standard while sharpening your digital solutions expertise.

The Qualifications We Seek

  • At least 3 years of solid background in account management, managing, and executing digital advertising campaigns
  • A team player who can adapt to evolving priorities and thrive in a dynamic setting
  • Proactive, takes initiative, and can manage workload effectively with a high degree of independence
  • Exceptional English communication skills (both written and verbal) essential for client and internal interactions
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with Salesforce
  • Experience utilizing SAAS platforms is a plus

Your Daily Tasks

  • Work closely with a team of four Account Partners to support daily activity
  • Drive Account Partners by ensuring client commitments are delivered to exceptional standards
  • Process advertising bookings secured by Account Partners
  • Assist in managing key campaign performance reports
  • Ensure contracts are accurate and produced promptly
  • Facilitate advertising creative to ensure timely live placement
  • Help with the design of collateral and sales materials
  • Support in building presentations (PowerPoint)
  • Progress towards leading sales conversations for smaller direct clients
