Drive Projects Like a Pro

  • Keep projects on track, on time, and within budget—like clockwork.

Strategize and Analyze for Success

  • Dive into market research and deliver insights that move the needle.
  • Know what works and why—optimize campaigns based on results and drive ROI.
  • Always be on the lookout for opportunities to grow client accounts.

Lead with Impact

  • Mentor and guide a team of Account Executives. Help them grow while keeping the vibe positive and collaborative.
  • Host regular team huddles to align on goals, share wins, and tackle any roadblocks.
  • Create opportunities for professional

What we're looking for:

  • 3+ years of experience
    in an agency (digital marketing is your playground).
  • Proven experience in
    client communication, relationship management

    presenting results
    that wow.
  • A pro at
    managing multiple projects
    , budgets, and timelines without breaking a sweat.
  • Experience collaborating with creative, digital, and business tea

  • A sharp strategic thinker who knows how to

  • Comfortable with
