Position Summary: The Marketing Manager – Agency Sales & Servicing will lead a dynamic team responsible for driving sales and providing top-tier service support to agents. This role will oversee a high-performing team servicing a significant portfolio of active agents contributing to a major share of the company's business. The role will also focus on strengthening agent relationships, increasing responsiveness, and ensuring seamless delivery of insurance solutions across multiple lines. The ideal candidate brings strong communication, insurance expertise, and a service-oriented mindset, with experience in broking or underwriting.

Essential Functions:

· Lead and manage a team responsible for a substantial portfolio of agency accounts with strong contribution to overall business performance.

· Build strong relationships with agents to drive engagement, retention, and business growth.

· Ensure prompt, efficient, and professional delivery of sales and servicing support.

· Coordinate with internal departments to streamline workflows and resolve agent-related issues.

· Conduct training sessions and presentations for agents and internal staff as needed.

· Monitor key metrics and performance indicators to support continuous improvement.

· Develop and implement strategies to elevate the overall effectiveness of the sales and servicing function.

Qualifications and Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.

· At least 5 years of progressive experience in insurance sales, broking, or underwriting; with proven experience in handling high-volume agent portfolios and leading teams in fast-paced, target-driven environments.

· Strong verbal and written communication; excellent presentation and interpersonal skills

· In-depth knowledge of life and/or non-life insurance lines

· Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with agents; leadership skills with a proactive, service-driven mindset
