MediCard now boasts over half a million members and more than 54,000 accredited doctors across over 1,000 hospitals and clinics nationwide. It also operates 16 MediCard free-standing clinics that offer hospital-level services without confinement.
MediCard is currently looking for assertive, dynamic, and energetic individuals to fill the following vacancy:
Agency Sales HeadThe Agency Sales Head is primarily responsible for managing agency operations and governance, ensuring quality recruitment, and developing leaders nationwide to support agency growth strategies. Key responsibilities include:
- Driving activation and productivity within agencies, collaborating with assigned agency partners.
- Enabling agency leaders to drive activation and supporting leader development through business reviews.
- Partnering for quality recruitment, including business opportunity programs, and driving expansion with agency partners.
- Facilitating orientations and coaching agencies on understanding and maximizing the compensation scheme and career paths.
- Overseeing agency operations, such as team meetings, to communicate company policies, incentives, campaigns, and performance updates.
- Coaching agencies on leveraging HMO offerings for cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
- Providing feedback to other teams based on observations and agency input.
- Performing additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
