Job Description:

Ramada Encore Makati is seeking an energetic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Associate to join our dynamic hospitality team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining strong client relationships, and creating effective marketing strategies to promote the hotel's services. You will work closely with the management team to develop promotional campaigns, handle corporate accounts, and execute sales activities that contribute to the hotel's revenue growth. This position requires a mix of fieldwork, client meetings, and creative marketing initiatives, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced and competitive hospitality environment.


Responsibilities:
  • Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities for the hotel
  • Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and event organizers
  • Prepare, present, and negotiate sales proposals and contracts
  • Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth execution of bookings, events, and functions
  • Plan, develop, and implement marketing campaigns and promotional activities
  • Manage social media accounts, online listings, and digital marketing efforts
  • Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets set by management

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • At least 2–4 years of sales and marketing experience in the hotel or hospitality industry preferred
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and social media management is a plus
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary
