DB TOURISM expertise includes handling Leisure tours, MICE, and Faith-based Tourism (Pilgrimage Groups) to Europe such as Marian Pilgrimage, Eastern Europe Pilgrimage, as well as Balkan Pilgrimage Tours. We also handle substantial amount of FIT, Private groups, and Special interest tours. We operate Europe group tours of the most reputable Travel Agencies in the Philippines and we also have our very own Inhouse Collective Guaranteed Departure group tours

Qualifications & experience

  • College Graduate in Tourism-related course
  • Newly graduates are welcome
  • Willingness to learn and continuous career-growth
  • Trainable attitude and positive working behavior
  • With pleasing characteristics
  • Can accomplished task in minimal supervision
  • Can maintain composure even under pressure

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Answering incoming calls, msgs, and emails from local and European travel partners
  • Handling clients inquiries and requests
  • Ensuring partners requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner
  • Utilizing various client-based tools and applications for customer management and servicing
  • Providing cutting-edge service in a polite, confident, and knowledgeable manner
  • Willing to work in Paranaque Area
