About the role

We are seeking a talented and driven Sales Associate to join our dynamic team at MKS WORKFORCE MANAGEMENT SERVICES INC'. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our residential property sales operations in Paranaque City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.

What you'll be doing

  1. Proactively identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities through various prospecting methods
  2. Building and maintaining strong relationships with both existing and potential clients
  3. Providing exceptional customer service and guiding clients through the entire sales process
  4. Effectively showcasing our residential properties and their unique features to potential buyers
  5. Negotiating and closing sales transactions in a professional and ethical manner
  6. Achieving and exceeding individual and team-based sales targets
  7. Collaborating with the wider sales and marketing team to drive overall business growth

What we're looking for

  1. Proven track record in residential property sales or a related sales role
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds
  3. Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
  4. Keen attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality customer service
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  6. A collaborative mindset and the willingness to work as part of a team
  7. Familiarity with the local real estate market and industry regulations
