What you'll be doing

  1. Manage the day-to-day servicing of client accounts, including processing transactions and answering customer inquiries
  2. Assist in the onboarding of new clients and the maintenance of client records and documentation
  3. Collaborate with various departments to resolve customer issues and ensure a seamless banking experience
  4. Contribute to the development and implementation of improvements to account management processes and procedures
  5. Provide administrative support to the account management team as needed

  2. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  3. Proficient in using relevant banking and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  4. A team player with the ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively
  5. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
