About the role

Outpost Specialty Concepts, Inc. is seeking an experienced Marketing and Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative digital marketing strategies to promote our brand and drive engagement across various social media platforms. The position is based in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage and oversee the company's social media accounts, via Facebook and Instagram
  • Create and curate engaging, high-quality content to increase brand awareness and follower engagement
  • Develop and execute social media marketing campaigns to support the company's overall marketing objectives
  • Monitor and analyze social media analytics to measure the performance of campaigns and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure a cohesive brand identity across all digital channels
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices to optimise the company's online presence
  • Assist with the implementation of email marketing campaigns and other digital marketing initiatives

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in social media management and digital marketing in the Food and Beverage Industry.
  • Excellent written and visual communication skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Proficient in using social media management tools, analytics platforms, and content creation software
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms and best practices for different platforms
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Creative and innovative mindset with a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends
